During and following the production process, samples are continuously being taken to verify that the desired quality has been obtained. Only after a wide-ranging series of tests, we are able to validate the chemical and physical properties of the flour. On the basis of the results of the analyses, we are able to make adjustments in the production in order to guarantee the consistent quality of our final products. We also have test bakery at our disposal in which experienced bakers are constantly performing checks and extensive analyses of the ingredients and products.
